Apogee Engineering is seeking a Program Manager in Colorado Springs, CO to support the Cyber Security Control System (CSCS) Formal Training Unit (FTU).

  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for the CSCS FTU and ensure all contractor personnel under the contract comply with Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements
  • Allocate, review, and prioritize instruction, administrative, and information technology resources across the contract
  • Interface with government contracting officer (CO) and CO representative (COR) in the execution of contract
  • Assess and resolve issues and provide recommendations in support of CSCS FTU operations
  • Prepare and deliver monthly program management review materials to the CO and COR
  • Coordinate reviews and incorporate Government approved changes into all relevant course documentation
  • Provide ad-hoc or backup classroom or lab instruction when required and qualified
  • Support generation of the master course schedule, course durations, course content, and course training metrics to show student progress, completion rates, pass/fail rates, corrective actions, and lessons learned program

 Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field
  • 10 years of managing DoD programs
  • Must be a US Citizen and be eligible or possess an active Secret Security Clearance
